Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups via telehealth platforms.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring interventions meet clients’ unique needs.

• Engage in collaborative care by liaising with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide holistic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
