Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, enabling personalized care plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff to develop and implement coordinated treatment strategies that address clients' specific needs.

• Design and monitor customized treatment plans with defined goals, interventions, and continuous progress assessments to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, employing safety planning techniques as appropriate to safeguard clients' mental health.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously, adhering to ethical and legal standards to maintain the integrity of our practice.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
