Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy using modalities that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), among others.

• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care and collaborate on treatment approaches for complex cases.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with state and ethical guidelines, ensuring all records are updated and compliant.

• Participate in team case consultations and ongoing professional training sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with industry best practices.

• Support clients during transitional phases, crises, and critical milestones, helping them to navigate challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Center Field Counseling, you will work with a vibrant and diverse clientele, which includes children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
