Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring precise diagnosis and effective treatment planning. This involves utilizing screening tools and diagnostic interviews to gather comprehensive information.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, drawing from a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches tailored to the unique needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with case managers and psychiatrists to develop integrated treatment plans that provide holistic care, ensuring that all elements of a client's mental health are addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to manage emergencies effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve serving a diverse client base, including adults, children, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Proven ability to build therapeutic relationships through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, sensitivity, and understanding in working with diverse populations.

• Adept in managing time and organizational tasks, ensuring timely documentation and client follow-up.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
