Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a hybrid position in Los Angeles, California. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, collaborating with other attorneys, and leading case management teams to effectively represent clients. Responsibilities Manage a heavy caseload and all phases of personal injury cases. Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages. Draft and file legal documents needed in litigation and discovery disputes. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed about case progress. First chair civil jury trials. Requirements Lawyer in good standing to practice law in the state. 7+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on trial. Minimum 10+ civil jury trials to verdict. Excellent knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures for personal injury cases. Strong research and analytical skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of successful case management and client representation. Ability to collaborate effectively with a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required. Licensed to practice law in California. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Skills Strong legal research and analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
