Solution Engineer

We're on the lookout for a passionate Solution Engineer to join our US team in Teaneck, NJ. This role is pivotal in driving the hyper-growth of our fleet sector, offering an opportunity to impact our products and services significantly. A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact: Act as a point of contact for the enterprise customer regarding product‑related issues. Collaborate with the development team to address and prioritize customer feedback and issues. Assist in identifying new ideas and opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Work closely with cross‑functional teams (e.g., design, development, and marketing) to design, plan, and execute product enhancements. Manage the product backlog to ensure new ideas are documented, prioritized, and communicated effectively. Regularly analyze product performance metrics to assess the business impact. Create daily and weekly reports, including slides and presentations, to communicate performance insights to stakeholders. Prepare and deliver presentations to both internal stakeholders and the enterprise customer on product performance, updates, and future roadmaps. Evaluate the implementation of features in the field, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs. Collect and analyze field data to refine features and improve overall functionality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. 2+ years of experience in product or project management or a related role within a technology‑driven environment. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau). Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $60K – $80K.
