Tier 1 IT Support Specialist

Job Description A local state agency is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst responsible for creating, updating, and resolving Level I incidents and service requests submitted by employees, vendors, and service providers. This role also involves triaging and escalating high‑priority incidents to the appropriate support teams. The schedule for this role is Monday - Saturday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, with rotating Saturday shifts. The pay rate for this role is between $17-18 an hr depending on the candidate's years of experience.
