Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Wellness Social Attend, you will engage with clients and families through both individual and group therapy sessions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Developing personalized treatment plans focused on specific issues such as relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and blended family challenges.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples and families, helping clients to navigate complex emotional landscapes and enhance communication skills.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as substance abuse, psychological trauma, and adjustment to life transitions.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support for the best patient outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in line with professional standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse patient population, including:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
