We are looking for an LG3 Welder to join our team onsite in Harmony, PA The Welder Level 3 (L3) is an advanced-level skilled tradesperson responsible for performing complex welding operations with minimal supervision. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, the ability to interpret detailed blueprints, and leadership in supporting production quality and mentoring junior welders. Responsibilities Perform advanced welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols to execute precise welds. Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment and fixtures independently. Ensure all welds meet quality standards, codes, and specifications (e.g., AWS, ASME if applicable). Inspect completed welds using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques. Troubleshoot welding issues and recommend process improvements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards. Train and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 welders Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. Complete required documentation, including weld logs and inspection reports.
