Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for patients of all ages, ensuring a clear understanding of their medical history and current health concerns.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions, while focusing on preventive care and health promotion strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with community organizations to execute health education programs that address prevalent health issues and empower community members to make informed health choices.
• Provide culturally sensitive care, ensuring that all patients feel respected and understood, while advocating for their rights and healthcare access.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner and active state nursing license.
• A Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
