Event Marketing Associate

Position Title: Event Marketing Associate Location: Saint Louis, MO Join Arch Events and help bring brands to life! We're looking for an Event Marketing Associate who's eager to learn sales campaign strategy and execution, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings order to chaos, and believes that great marketing starts with understanding people. Event Marketing Associate Responsibilities: Act as a brand Ambassador at live events, connecting with customers and providing product demonstrations Support and execute marketing campaigns that actually move the needle. Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to keep the brand message strong and consistent. Bring energy and organization to trade shows, pop-ups, and live brand activations. Track campaign and sales performance (because great storytelling is part art, part analytics). Communicate with customers and clients, turning small conversations into lasting relationships. Help lead teams toward shared goals and KPIs. Manage POS transactions with accuracy and care. Learn. A lot. About marketing strategy, project execution, and yourself. Event Marketing Associate Candidate Requirements: Strong people skills, you connect easily, listen well, and communicate clearly. A knack for staying organized, even when things move fast (and they will). Comfort working with all kinds of personalities, teamwork is your default mode. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with full-cycle sales or marketing is a plus. A proactive, curious mindset, you don't just wait for direction, you look for what's next.
