Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and establish individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and values.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and grief.

• Implement and demonstrate interdisciplinary interventions that support a holistic approach to patient treatment, actively engaging with other clinicians, mental health professionals, and case managers.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, ensuring appropriate support and resources are available as needed.

• Regularly reflect on and expand your expertise in specialized areas of interest, including but not limited to, trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, and couples’ counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
