MusicalFare Theatre, a not-for-profit professional musical theatre company based at Shea's 710 Theatre, is seeking a Development and Patron Relations Associate to support all fundraising, donor engagement, and administrative development efforts. This part-time role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and reports to the Director of Business Operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for fundraising, direct mail appeals, donor events, and grant activities. Maintain accurate donor and foundation records and maintain confidential data. Coordinate donor cultivation, first-time patron outreach, and senior living group visits, including shuttle scheduling. Assist with research, proposal development, and impact reporting for individual, foundation, and government support. Act as front of house concierge at select performances and events. Support planning and execution of capital campaign initiatives and special events. Qualifications: 2+ years in administrative roles, preferably in non-profit development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. All Applications must be received by August 20th, 2025.
