Tax Manager

Summary Whitecap Search is seeking a skilled professional to oversee client engagements, manage tax compliance and planning initiatives, and lead and develop staff to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. This role serves as a strategic point of contact between clients, internal teams, and firm leadership, while driving operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. Function The individual in this role will be responsible for:

- Overseeing client engagements
- Managing tax compliance and planning initiatives
- Leading and developing staff
- Ensuring accurate and timely service delivery
- Acting as a strategic point of contact between clients, internal teams, and firm leadership
- Driving operational efficiency
- Maintaining high service standards
- Ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
- 5 years of general tax experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA License or pursuing preferred
