Family owned and operated for over 31 years Receptionist Job Description: (Role is for our Millstadt, IL location) We are seeking a professional individual for a full-time receptionist position who would like to join our team. Hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm. Responsibilities : – Handling a multi-line phone system – Answering & transferring calls in a prompt & professional manner – Perform basic office duties: filing, making copies, scanning, faxing – Data processing – Assisting other department managers – Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance – Keep work area and lobby clean Job Requirements: – Must have at least 3 years receptionist/secretarial experience – Superior skills for customer service and oral communication – Ability to follow instructions and multi-task is a must – Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) – Team player with an outgoing & positive attitude – Excellent data entry and typing skills (45 wpm or higher) with minimum errors.
