Base - $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience + commissionResponsibilitiesAchieving growth and hitting sales targetsDesigning and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presenceBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsSocial MediaConduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Support the sales team by preparing presentations and proposals for prospective clients.Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage client information.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management and execution.Participate in negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitor activities.SkillsStrong business sense and personal home care expertiseProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeSuccessful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsExperience with Personal Care preferredSocial Media experienceStrong understanding of strategic planning principles.Familiarity with software tools relevant to business development and project management.Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.Strong analytical skills to assess market data and trends effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and persuasion.This Entry Level Business Development position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn about the business landscape while contributing positively to our team's objectives.
