Technical expertise in all commercial types of roofs Ability to track down and repair roof leaks Ability to solve problems and make decisions Ability to train and teach others Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work Experience: minimum of 10 years in roofing Valid drivers license Able to pass initial drug screening and random drug screenings. Roofing Foreman A roofing foreman is responsible for leading a roofing crew to perform work safely and productively per specifications and to the standards of the company and customer. Provide leadership to a crew, fostering safety, teamwork and discipline, resulting in efficient and professional roofing installation. Effectively manage labor, materials, equipment and administrative work. Roofing Superintendent A roofing superintendent is responsible for leading roofing foremen to perform work safely and productively per specifications and to the standards of the company and customer. Provide leadership to foremen, fostering safety, teamwork and discipline, resulting in efficient and professional roofing installation. Effectively manage all aspects of production, labor, materials, equipment and administrative work.
