Ultralife Corporation in Missouri City, TX is seeking an Inside Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for customer accounts. The role focuses on managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle, including order fulfillment and providing documentation. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree, a minimum of 5 years in account management or customer service, and proficiency in ERP systems.
