About Us
Coffee N Nails is more than a nail salon—we provide a relaxing experience where customers can enjoy professional nail services and complimentary beverages in a warm, welcoming environment. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a smile and a warm welcome.
- Check customers in and confirm their appointments or walk-in services.
- Help customers choose between regular polish, gel polish, or acrylic (powder) services.
- Show customers available nail colors and service options.
- Communicate with the manager to assign the appropriate nail technician.
- Escort customers to their pedicure chair or manicure table.
- Offer beverages and prepare coffee or other drinks.
- Check on customers throughout their visit and refill drinks as needed.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Confirm services before checkout and assign the correct nail technician(s) to each ticket.
- Explain that gratuity is optional and assist customers with payment.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave a Google review.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure every guest has a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and POS system skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Previous receptionist, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
