About the Role Business Controller – Northeast District Location: Boston (Canton), MA Role: Analyze financial performance, provide insights, forecast, plan, and align financial operations with company standards and objectives. Responsibilities Analyze and monitor business performance across the region, providing meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. Interpret financial data, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with cross‑functional teams to forecast, plan, and ensure financial operations align with company standards and objectives. Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and present findings to leadership to influence decision‑making. Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy. Qualifications Minimum of 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including business controlling expertise. Strong foundation in accounting, analysis, and reporting. Proficiency with advanced Excel, SAP, Hyperion, or comparable financial systems. Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; an MBA or master’s degree is a plus. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. Benefits Competitive salary – $192,600.00 to $252,735.00 (dependent on qualifications).
