Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Key responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation in the member’s home. Use a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation; no prescribing, lab orders, or treatment changes. Compensation Earn up to $3,000–$5,000 each week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate $100 per completed assessment). Increase your per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier. Earn additional compensation via a pay‑per‑test model for qualifying visits. Requirements MD or DO physician licensed in the state of practice. Medicaid License or willingness to enroll (with our support) strongly preferred. Independent contractor, 1099 status. Benefits & Other Details Flexible schedule; shifts available Monday‑Sunday (no nights or weekends required). Short‑term or long‑term basis with pre‑scheduled visits.
