Lead Trainer

The ACE Lead Trainer is a critical role to the ACE Experience and team leadership. The Lead Trainer role includes, but is not limited to, creating ACE programs, managing quality assurance and providing feedback to the trainer team, leading the ACE training program, maintaining and providing improvements to studio processes. Primary Responsibilities Lead and manage the trainer team including weekly (class audits), quarterly and yearly evaluations Manage and provide feedback on class quality Record internal videos and train team on new program content Organize and keep internal database of programs Plan, prepare, recruit for and lead ACE Training Program Manage trainer progression, continuing education, co-teaching, and promotions Plan and implement schedule changes Manage trainer scheduling, vacation requests, NetGym and Marianatek updates Lead all trainer communications in collaboration with Studio Manager Foster client relationships and support Studio Manager in sales process Assist Studio Manager in client communications related to program descriptions Teach 5-7 classes per week in addition to subbing and assigned private training Provide support in planning and teaching at special events Attend weekly management meetings Private Training Book, manage and continue to build the private training program Manage trainer availability and private training calendars Assign and create content as needed for private training clients Keep notes on all private training clients Prepare team members to lead private training sessions VOD Platform Film content for ACE On-Demand Collaborate with Studio Manager on filming calendar, scheduling trainers to film, and what content will be filmed Qualifications 2+ years of management experience in the fitness industry 2+ years experience creating class programs Pilates or yoga certifications preferred About ACE ACE is a transformative full-body workout rooted in the fluidity of dance, the strength of Pilates, and the presence of yoga.
