Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support when necessary, responding effectively to client emergencies with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, with credentials such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
