Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of couples and families, followed by tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Providing individual therapy sessions to family members while also supporting couples and family therapy to foster healthier relationships.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce
\n
• Blended family dynamics and challenges
\n
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records following organizational protocols and legal requirements.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and participating in interdisciplinary meetings and case consultations.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n
