Bradley Professional is seeking a motivated and professional candidate for the role of Sales Support Specialist for their client located in Thomasville, NC. This is a critical operational role designed to strengthen execution, reporting discipline, and responsiveness across the full customer base of truck products. This position ensures Inside and Outside Sales teams are supported with accurate data, responsive order management, and structured documentation — improving accountability, visibility, and performance. The SSS will also closely interact with team members to manage ongoing customer-related projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Daily update of the internal Master Status Report

• Complete Second Stage MSOs for all fleet customers – mail, track, and document.

• Create weekly status reports for fleet customers

• Provide chassis check-in information as needed

• Maintain and distribute sales and quoting reports, as needed

• Coordinate sales purchase orders, from email to salesman, through revisions and

change orders, to coordination with operations

• Monitor and respond to emails promptly

• Support and track lead development initiatives

• Create and maintain photo books as needed

• Maintain inventory of electronics for sales team

• Develop and maintain Job Scope (ERP) documentation

• Work with Transportation and other administrative teams as needed

• Other tasks necessary for successful customer support

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong computer skills

• Experience with ERP Systems

• General administrative experience

• Sales support or inside sales experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Professional presence with strong verbal and written communication

• Self-starter

Education

• High School

• Community College degree/certificate and/or coursework preferred
