Customer Service / Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams in both English and Spanish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Answer and respond to emails, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Enter and maintain customer and company information in databases and computer systems.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry and update records as needed.
• Prepare, organize, scan, and file documents, records, and correspondence.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
• Assist with processing paperwork, forms, invoices, orders, or other administrative documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding questions, requests, or pending information.
• Communicate with internal departments to help resolve customer issues and requests.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous customer service, administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize files, documents, and information efficiently.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
