Henry Ford Health seeks an Registered Nurse for the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU). This full-time position is based in Michigan, focused on rapid assessment and safe discharge or transition decisions from the ED to CDU or inpatient care. Cross-trained with ED, orientation includes ACLS, NIHSS, and Critical Care training.
