About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to play a pivotal role in the next chapter of its growth. The successful candidate will be the CEO's closest strategic partner, responsible for translating the founder's vision into disciplined execution across all operational functions. This includes operations, people, finance, marketing, production, technology, and guest experience. The role demands a leader who can bring structure without bureaucracy, and accountability without stifling creativity, and who understands both hospitality and scale. The COO will be instrumental in strengthening the company's infrastructure, leadership alignment, and operational rigor to support global expansion and increased impact. Key responsibilities for the Chief Operating Officer at the company include driving enterprise integration, and business execution, and supporting growth strategy and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-growth, consumer-facing, or dynamic business environments, with at least 10 years of experience. They must be adept at building scalable systems and processes, and have a strong partnership orientation, particularly within a founder-led and fast-growth context. The role also involves fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ownership, and ensuring that the company's mission, vision, and values are upheld across the organization.
