COO (5590)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our client’s team in Miami, FL . This is an on-site, direct hire position.

SALARY: $200,000 - $220,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of COO or operations ownership experience in a scaling environment
• Proven track record of personally scaling or building physical manufacturing or product operations (e.g., concrete, drones, robotics, aerospace, industrial manufacturing)
• Builder mentality: disciplined, hands‑on operator, deeply involved in day‑to‑day operations
• Highly driven, physically fit, competitive mindset (former athletes/military backgrounds preferred)
• Fully committed to onsite leadership in Miami

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop operational systems to support company scale
• Unify departments and enhance cross-functional execution
• Build accountability, cadence, and process infrastructure
• Lead manufacturing scale‑up and production operations
• Improve margins, operational efficiency, and vendor management
• Oversee practical finance operations with fractional CFO support
• Support hiring and lightweight HR processes utilizing modern tools
• Drive operational discipline aligned with growth objectives
• Act as a culture carrier and operational right hand to the CEO
