Key responsibilities Review and verify loan applications, including employment, income, identity, and repayment ability Maintain quality while processing a large volume of applications and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Detect potential fraud risks and propose improvements to departmental processes Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in loan underwriting, consumer lending, or mortgage processing Familiarity with processing loans and financial statements Ability to articulate financial questions and document requests clearly Strong time management and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy in a high-volume environment
