Position Overview Kings View is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service duties. This role supports daily program operations while maintaining professionalism, organization, and compliance with program procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide clerical, administrative, and reception support Maintain administrative and consumer records Perform data entry and typing functions proficiently Answer phones, schedule appointments, and post payments Prepare financial and reinstatement charts as needed Process monthly client billing and prepare deposits Enter attendance and program data daily Assist with orientations and client support activities Maintain filing systems and office organization Maintain working knowledge of program policies and compliance standards Communicate effectively with staff and management What You'll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum one (1) year experience in an administrative or support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Typing and/or 10-key skills Strong organizational and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and dependable Equal Opportunity Employer Kings View is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
