Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify each client's mental health challenges and the associated treatment recommendations.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on addressing personal issues and achieving client-specific goals.

• Facilitate engaging and evidence-based therapeutic sessions, both individually and in group settings, while utilizing various methodologies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Educate and support clients' families throughout the therapeutic process to improve overall outcome and family dynamics.

Your work at the Modern Mental and Counseling Center will specifically cater to a diverse client base comprising individuals and families facing a multitude of challenges, including but not limited to, marital discord, communication difficulties, and familial conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
