MUST HAVE 3PL SALES IN BOTH TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE Position Overview Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Sales and Business Development will drive new business, grow strategic accounts, and build profitable 3PL partnerships. This hands‑on leader will close new deals, develop the sales team, and deliver integrated logistics solutions that align with customer needs and operational capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop sales strategies, generate leads, and close new business. Sell integrated logistics solutions, including warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain profitability. Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, CRM records, and revenue targets. Grow existing accounts and establish strategic customer and 3PL partnerships. Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure successful customer onboarding. Recruit, coach, and lead a high‑performing sales team. Requirements 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in logistics, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain. Proven success in sales growth, complex negotiations, and closing new business. Strong industry network, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of warehousing, transportation, pricing, and profitability. CRM and sales forecasting experience. Based in Houston, with availability for customer and facility meetings. Preferred Experience Experience in contract logistics, integrated transportation, or a high‑growth business. Knowledge of the Houston/Gulf Coast logistics market is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
