Head of Product and Solutions Marketing

Role Description

We are hiring a Head of Product and Solutions Marketing. This role is perfect for leaders who exhibit an ownership mentality for driving impact, are data-informed to find insights, focus on client and buyer empathy, and love to constantly learn, iterate and implement. This person will thrive in leading and growing a product marketing team, and enjoy driving bold new bets. This role will be responsible for:

• Crafting the product marketing narrative
• Diving deep into competitive intelligence
• Ensuring that our products resonate powerfully in the marketplace

This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The current range for this role is:

• $200,000 - $280,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing leadership in rapidly growing B2B SaaS organizations
• Experience in financial services or marketing into financial services firms is a plus
• Experience building product marketing as a function and implementing best practices and processes
• Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy for complex buying processes
• A passion for building compelling content and thought leadership
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with R&D, GTM, and executive teams

Requirements

• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling client narratives
• Experience with value-based selling frameworks is a plus
• Empower our sales organization with insights, positioning, and collateral
• Collaborate across the marketing team to construct high-impact campaigns
• Partner closely with R&D and GTM to lead compelling launches
