Clinical Supervisor, Mental Health - IIBHT Children in The Dalles, Oregon Mid-Columbia Center for Living (MCCFL) – The Dalles, Oregon (serving Wasco, Hood River, and Sherman Counties). Full‑time, 1 FTE (37.5 hours). Standard schedule Monday‑Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with flexibility for a four‑day work week. Sign‑on bonus: $7,500 for qualified QMHPs; $10,000 for licensed professionals. Pay range (dependent on experience): Clinical Supervisor I: $6,189–$7,840 / month Clinical Supervisor II: $6,560–$8,310 / month Clinical Supervisor III: $6,954–$8,809 / month Reports to: Clinical Services Manager | FLSA Status: Exempt Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to IIBHT staff and train and coach them in evidence‑based practices. Ensure delivery of trauma‑informed, strength‑based services to clients and maintain compliance with agency, state, and other governing standards. Manage staff schedules, coverage, and resources; consult with management on staffing plans. Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide constructive feedback. Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes for compliance with Oregon Advisory Rules (OARs) and provide documentation feedback. Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives and recommend modifications to program policies. Serve on clinical meetings and committees, including All‑Staff Meetings, Clinical Planning, and Leadership Team. Participate in rotating on‑call crisis services for up to one week and provide telephone crisis consultation as required. Maintain HIPAA compliance, adhere to abuse‑reporting laws, and uphold confidentiality and professional communication standards. Provide behavioral health consultation to community agencies and professionals, including courts, law enforcement, and medical providers. Use agency vehicles to travel to community sites and client appointments as needed. Ensure program staff meet client service productivity requirements and other performance metrics. Support crisis intervention, facilitate high‑need client management, and partner with agency staff for 24‑hour crisis response. Position‑Specific Essential Responsibilities Supervise program staff in professional practice and policy compliance. Review IIBHT clinical documentation for accuracy and OAR compliance. Train staff in crisis prevention and intervention, and manage crisis support shift rotations. Evaluate program performance and collaborate on quality improvement measures. Qualifications Master’s degree in a qualified MHACBO field. At least 3 years of professional experience in behavioral health counseling. Minimum 1 year of experience supervising clinical professionals. Knowledge of parenting skills and child development. Experience with PCIT, Collaborative Problem Solving, or CPP preferred. Experience working with children, youth, and disadvantaged populations preferred. Certifications: Department of Human Services Mental Health Investigator and Examiner, and ongoing compliance. Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC I) strongly preferred. Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English preferred. Valid Oregon or Washington driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Pass criminal history check per ORS 181.536‑181.537 and OAR 407‑007‑0200‑407‑007‑0370. Additional Level I® requirements: Certified QMHP or QMHP‑R within 14 days of hire, or equivalent certification (PCA, CSWA, MFTA). Additional Level II® requirements: Professional licensure in Oregon as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Additional Level III® requirements: All Level II requirements plus registration to provide licensing‑board‑approved supervision to professional‑level staff.
