Create Individualized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies aimed at achieving their personal goals.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as physicians and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care.

Guide Patients and Families: Provide education on therapeutic approaches to empower families and ensure continued progress in home settings.

Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and make adjustments to therapy plans to maintain alignment with clinical goals.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university

Encouragement and support for ongoing education or advanced certifications

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required

A genuine passion for assisting others in achieving their personal independence goals

Empathetic communication with patients, families, and colleagues

Creative problem-solving abilities that enable adaptable treatments for diverse needs

Competence in both independent work and as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team
