Job Details:

Senior D365 CRM lead proficient in server side plugins, client scripting, and integration patterns (OData/Web API, OAuth, Azure), delivering secure, scalable solutions and maintaining best practice ALM.
Integration Stack (3rd Party, OData, Messaging) -
OData / Web API - OAuth 2.0 (Azure AD app registrations & Application Users)
Plugin based integrations - Synchronous for validation/guardrails, Asynchronous for external calls & fan out
Events & Messaging -
Azure Service Bus + Queue/Topic for decoupled integrations
Azure Functions/Logic Apps for stateless orchestration/transform
Webhooks (Service Endpoint) for lightweight publish
Data Migration
SSIS + KingswaySoft (Dynamics 365 Integration Toolkit)

Must have at-least 10 to 12 years of relavent experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Field Services).
Dynamics 365 Techno functional with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations.
Need to be well versed in plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript and Portals.
Experience in designing architecture of the solution.
Lead technical positions for an application dealing with overall design, integration, technical requirements (e.g., performance and scalability) and alignment with enterprise strategies.
Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
Must be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business, solution design and translate it to the technical team.
Should be able to address any Technical Questions / clarifications.
Single point of contact (Technical SME) and a Management single point of contact for all reviews, reporting, signoffs and approvals.
They should have a good technical understanding and good understand of Project management principles.
Work hand in hand with the Infosys, Microsoft and Client for any technical issues to track the technical progress of the project.
