About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their executive team and play a pivotal role in the organization's mission. The successful candidate will serve as the operating partner to the CEO, ensuring that the most important decisions are made with speed and precision. Key competencies include judgment under ambiguity, systems thinking, exceptional writing and synthesis, executive presence, and a strong bias for closure.
