Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in the Southampton, NY region, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing activities, including preparing property marketing materials, drafting listing copy, and coordinating digital and print campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will drive workflow improvements, maintain marketing calendars and project timelines, and track campaign performance. Daily tasks include coordinating with brokers and internal stakeholders, managing online listings and social media updates, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing assets. The role requires proactive organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear marketing content and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including an understanding of lead generation and client-focused marketing support. Candidates should possess Event Planning skills to assist with coordinating client events, open houses, and promotional activities. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and support simultaneous marketing initiatives. Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, social media channels, basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial. Experience in real estate, professional services, or a related industry is an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
