Construction Operations Manager

Seeking an experienced Manager of Construction Operations, the full-time remote position will oversee service operations, roofing coordination, subcontractor performance, and cross-functional project execution across active markets. Key responsibilities Oversee residential solar service and repair operations, ensuring timely support and resolution of service issues Manage roofing-related project activities, coordinating timelines and ensuring compliance with company standards Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain accountability standards for third-party service providers Required qualifications Previous experience in solar operations, construction management, or service management Strong understanding of residential solar operations and project workflows Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, or field service teams Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience with CRMs, project management systems, and operational software platforms
