Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00/hour + Mandatory Overtime ($90,000 - $100,000+ expected all-in total earnings)

This is not your typical rigid corporate role. It is an hourly position with mandatory overtime during peak event seasons, allowing you to realistically push your total compensation into the six-figure range. Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Oversee and review the day-to-day work of two Junior Accountants, shifting the department's structure to a more efficient leadership model.
• Process Optimization: Identify operational gaps and streamline legacy processes to increase departmental capacity.
• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage full-cycle A to Z accounting (AP, AR, and reconciliations) across three distinct entities using QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
• Month-End Support: Partner directly with the Controller to expedite month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidations.
• Systems Migration: Act as a key player in an upcoming Q4/Q1 ERP system implementation (migrating from QuickBooks to Sage or NetSuite).

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience. Senior Accountants ready to step into a leadership/supervisory role are highly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online) and intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs experience needed). ERP implementation experience is a massive plus.
• Attributes: High resilience, thick skin, and the ability to thrive under pressure and deadlines.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work mandatory overtime (up to 60+ hours/week during marquee event weeks) and select holidays.
