You will not be your own bill collector, be paid only on your collections, and you will not be expected to bring in clients or handle your own support work. We want to support you well so you can focus on being the best attorney you can be.

$150,000 - $300,000 yearly

• Represent clients in family law cases, ensuring their rights and interests are protected at every stage.
• Collaborate with our skilled intake team to understand client needs and develop tailored legal strategies.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings and mediations, presenting compelling arguments and evidence.
• Work closely with our dedicated billing and discovery departments to streamline case management and client communication.
• Stay informed about changes in family law and integrate new legal precedents into your practice.
• Provide compassionate guidance to clients, helping them navigate the emotional complexities of family law matters with confidence and clarity.

• Washington State bar admission.
• Washington State family law experience (minimum 3 years).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with legal technology.
• A personable, empathetic, and professional approach.
• And yes — a sense of humor (because family law is serious work, but we’re human too).
