Partner Solutions Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect based in the United States. As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in empowering strategic partners to deliver innovative networking and security solutions for enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with channel account managers and partner organizations across the United States and international markets to develop technical expertise and drive successful customer engagements. The role combines technical leadership, partner enablement, solution design, and competitive positioning in a rapidly evolving cloud networking environment. You will create engaging technical resources, lead training initiatives, and represent joint solutions at industry events and webinars. Working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product management, and marketing teams, you will help strengthen partner relationships and accelerate business growth. Partner Training and Enablement: Deliver technical training, workshops, and enablement programs to help partners understand, position, and communicate joint networking and security solutions effectively.

Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with partners to design and develop tailored technical solutions that address customer networking, connectivity, and security requirements.

Technical Content Creation: Develop high-quality partner-facing materials, including presentations, videos, technical documentation, and PDFs, to support solution adoption and sales effectiveness.

Events and Webinars: Participate in partner events, industry conferences, and webinars to demonstrate solution capabilities, share technical insights, and strengthen market awareness.

Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to equip partners with relevant insights and clear competitive differentiation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, channel management, product management, engineering, and marketing teams to coordinate resources, resolve technical challenges, and support partner success.

Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of networking innovations and platform capabilities through hands-on labs, technical documentation, training, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience: At least five years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing or partner-facing engagements.

Networking and Security Expertise: Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies is essential, including the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions.

Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with one or more major cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform, is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to assess customer challenges, evaluate alternatives, and develop innovative technical solutions.

Collaboration and Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams, establish trusted partner relationships, and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Adaptability and Initiative: A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning new technologies, developing technical expertise, and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
