Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments on students to evaluate emotional, social, and familial dynamics affecting their mental health.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, targeting issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment disorders, and navigating school-related stress.

• Develop tailored therapeutic plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support the student’s emotional and academic success.

• Coordinate with local community organizations to facilitate access to additional resources, such as after-school programs, food assistance, or mental health services.

• Offer educational workshops and training for teachers and school staff on mental health awareness and intervention strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training and workshops to stay updated on best practices and therapeutic methodologies.

Qualifications\n
