Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that consider individual circumstances.

• Provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, obtaining certifications, and participating in peer supervision to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on assisting individuals grappling with a range of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. By providing specialized support through telehealth services, you’ll make a direct impact on their recovery journeys. Our diverse client base allows for a rich experience in addressing varied therapeutic needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current active state license as either an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with preference for a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience\n
