Work Environment\n

This position will be fully remote, allowing therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes as part of our innovative telehealth facility. Our flexible work environment includes a Monday to Friday schedule, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some evening shifts as needed to cater to patient schedules. While our therapists have the autonomy to manage their schedules, a degree of flexibility will be necessary to respond to patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments via telehealth to evaluate clients' psychological well-being and identify appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and diagnoses.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, all through virtual platforms.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering environments for personal growth and enhancing clients’ coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care doctors, and other mental health professionals to coordinate holistic care tailored to our clients' needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support, helping clients navigate mental health emergencies effectively.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build therapeutic relationships and communicate effectively with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
