Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are customized to meet the specific goals and needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy in individual, family, and group settings.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of mental health, participating in continuing education opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and the professional standards set forth by licensing boards and relevant mental health organizations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonus opportunities.
