What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and support 2nd shift production associates to meet daily goals.
• Work alongside your team and assist with hands-on production when needed.
• Train, coach, and support new and existing employees.
• Assign daily tasks and help keep production on schedule.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Identify production issues and help find solutions.
• Maintain accurate production records, work orders, and basic computer documentation.
• Communicate production updates, concerns, and priorities to management.
• Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment.
• Take responsibility for end-of-shift procedures, including properly securing the facility.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate!
• Someone who enjoys training, mentoring, and helping coworkers succeed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make good decisions.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility for daily operations.
• Willingness to work hands-on alongside the production team.
• Ability to work respectfully with employees from different backgrounds and experience levels.
