Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions which foster continuous professional development and improve care quality.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to understand mental health challenges and treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.
