Shipping Coordinator - 1st Shift

Location: Batavia, IL Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift

About the Position

PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring a Shipping Coordinator for a growing company in Batavia, IL. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, preparing shipping documentation, tracking orders, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments
Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and packing slips
Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status
Track orders and resolve shipping issues or discrepancies
Verify shipment accuracy and maintain shipping records
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements
Assist with inventory and logistics-related tasks as needed
Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

Previous shipping, logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday through Friday
$21.00 per hour
